Mr. Skierski concentrates on subrogation litigation, commercial bankruptcy, commercial litigation and arbitration (as both an attorney and an arbitrator). He represents and has represented debtors, national banks, insurance companies, Chapter 7 and 11 Trustees, creditors’ committees and both secured and unsecured creditors, lessors, lessees and asset purchasers with respect to a variety of bankruptcy issues, including both prosecuting and defending litigation involving former officers and directors. He also represents multiple national and international insurance companies in subrogation disputes throughout the United States in both state and federal courts. Mr. Skierski also represents individuals in litigation involving a variety of complex and personal issues.

Mr. Skierski has been a mediator for fourteen years, helping parties to resolve disputes including contract and business disputes, employment disputes, family and child custody disputes, personal injury, and juvenile-offender mediation. Mr. Skierski brings the perspective of both an experienced attorney and an LPC-I to mediations. He involves himself in the process, engaging each party and earning their trust while remaining objective and impartial, dedicating himself to helping the parties to reach compromises and develop solutions that fit the unique circumstances of each case.
