Including both the defense and prosecution of claims, her practice ranges across the United States in both state and federal court and includes cross-border disputes. Ms. Jain represents clients in transportation, energy, wildfire, real property, probate and business divorce or dissolution cases and provides her clients with successful results while working to minimize expense. In addition, Ms. Jain provides estate planning services.
Ms. Jain's bankruptcy practice centers upon the representation of clients in commercial bankruptcy and restructuring matters both in and out of court. Ms. Jain's clients include Fortune 500 companies, nationwide banking institutions, trusts, creditors' committees, trustees, debtors-in-possession, and business creditors. In her bankruptcy and restructuring cases, Ms. Jain's practice involved substantial and varied commercial litigation, including the prosecution of directors and officers' liability claims, contractual disputes, fraudulent conveyances, and preference actions.
